2008 Goudhurst Village fete - Thank you to all who stopped by at our stall. It was good to have a chat and we hope that you enjoy the marmalade!

April 2008 AGM - As with our established pattern, business before pleasure. We started the evening with our AGM at which we thanked our retiring treasurer, Richard Parsons, for ten years service in this post. Presentations were made to express our gratitude to both Richard and his wife Jan for all their commitment and hard work over this time. We welcomed our incoming treasurer, Bryan Mason. Ian Torry summed up another successful year's activities by the Friends in his chairman's report. We then enjoyed a meal together (a special thank you to those who made, cooked and supplied this) before being entertained by the excellent tenor, Martin Harrison - a jubilee celebration of song.

We are grateful to those Friends who were able to contribute to an enjoyable evening by supporting us. Also this is the ideal opportunity to thank all of our Friends for enabling us to support St Mary's Church over another year.
